I have an almost unhealthy obsession with spas and saunas, and love nothing more than sweating it out in there after a big workout or cycle. I'm a voracious reader both of fiction and marketing books, especially those with a clear sense of adventure, time and place - some of my favourite authors are Haruki Murakami, Jack Kerouac, F.Scott Fitzgerald and Thor Heyerdahl. I love classic films, especially from the golden era of Hollywood and I am fascinated by that period - films from Cary Grant, Ingrid Bergman, Clark Gable, Greta Garbo, Paul Newman.
