Emilee has 15+ years of experience optimizing web experiences. She spent her first decade in growth marketing and now focuses on improving e-commerce digital products full time through thoughtful UX design, scalable technology solutions, and building robust CRO and testing programs. Over the years, she has worked with clients such as NARS Cosmetics, Maje, Sandro, Vineyard Vines, Tory Burch, Thinx, and BRUNT Workwear.

Outside of work Emilee is an avid skier and scuba diver. She dedicates a portion of her year to helping drive ocean conservation initiatives forward in Cozumel, Mexico. She also has a fine art background and always has an illustration or painting project in the works!
